Some People don't like to build bulky body by lifting weights but like to be fit which is not a wrong choice to consider. If you want to be fit then there is nothing wrong with that also. In fact we recommend you to do physical activities and diet to be and live fit life.

1.Exercises to become fit
Exercise is definitely one of the most important aspects to consider if you want to live a fit life. Even if performed with some amount of efforts and consistency, it will definitely help you to be and remain fit in the long. See fitness should not something that you start and end as your wish or desire. It should be intended to make you stronger, agile and most importantly remain healthy. So if you are looking to start exercise then please do it mindfully. Do not perform exercise just as an formality.
1.Body weight trainings for fit body will help you build strength. Exercise Such as Normal Push Ups, Diamond Push Ups, Pull Bar Pull Ups. Performed normal and wide arm will help you gain strength and builds up your upper body and arms.

2. Weight Training should be done with small and medium weights preferred by you if not heavy weights. Weight lifting might not appeal you a lot but lifting even medium amount of weight will increase Testosterone hormone naturally in your body if you are a man. If you are a man then you should never reject natural testosterone hormone doesn't matter if you like to have bulky body or not.

3. Squats and Lunges are also as necessary as every other exercise. Most of the people tend to overlook leg exercise but again leg exercises also increase testosterone in one's body.
You can perform squats and lunges for strengthening you legs and lower body. Lunges are performed with the help of dumbbells. So here are again some reasons to opt for dumbbells again.
4. Crunches and sit ups will help you strengthen your core. You should also consider these exercises in order to strengthen muscles of your abdomen.

What kind of food should you eat ?
If you want a healthy life then you night need to eat foods which are high in protein, moderate in fats and carbs. Protein should be complete i.e. complete amino acid profile such as Eggs, Chicken, and other sources.
For fats I would suggested that you should avoid saturated fats as much as possible. Sources such as Peanuts, Olive oil, Coconut Oil, avocado are some of the sources of unsaturated healthy fats.
For Carbs you need to consume carbs which have low glycemic index i.e. complex carbs. Sources such as Whole Wheat Products, Oats, sweet potato and etc are the sources of complex carbs.
Rest for Recovery
The Amount of sleep that you will need should be quality sleep. Muscle are not build in the gym by lifting weight. Lifting causes muscle damage and sleep helps in recovery and building muscle. So Quality sleep of at least 7 hours id required for healthy and fit life.
