Omelettes are made from eggs and eggs are good source of Protein, Vitamins, Healthy Fats and other beneficial nutrients. You might know how to make omelette but you might have got tired of eating same old taste for so long. So here we bring you healthy and tasty omelette recipes for you so you could enjoy your meal and stay fit.
These recipes might contain some amount of fats but this amount is not much that it will ruin your diet. You can consume optimum amount of Carbs and Fats since you can not fill your macro just with Protein.

Recipes
1) Masala Omelette

Masala omelette is a great tasting meal. If you like spicy food and like flavor of other spices then this recipes is for you. It is an Indian style recipe available on the streets of Mumbai City and it is very tasty when compared to regular omelette.
Ingredients :- 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs, 2 tbsp olive/coconut oil, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tomato chopped, 1 onion chopped, 1 chili chopped and salt as per taste.
Method :-
1. Mix the eggs and egg whites in a bowl and add salt and chili.
2. Heat oil in a pan and when oil is hot enough then add the chopped tomato
and onion to it.
3. Add the spices to vegetables and saute for 10 sec and add the egg mixture
and let it cook.
Serve this with tomato ketchup and bread or bun. This is quick and recipe which is healthy and tasty as well.

Cheese Omelette might be favorite among most of the people reading this article. Cheese might appear to be an unhealthy food because of the saturated fat content. I am suggesting you that you can use low fat cheese of any kind in this recipe.
Ingredient :- 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs, olive/coconut oil, chopped tomato and onion(optional), salt as per taste and grated low fat cheese.
Method :-
1. Heat olive/coconut oil in a pan on medium flame
2. Mix all the veggies and salt in the egg and egg whites and mix it. If you want your
omelette to be fluffy then you should consider mixing it with a whisk.
3. When the oil is hot enough, add the omelette mixture to the pan and let it cook.
4. When the omelette is cooked in the end add the grated cheese over it and serve.
You can consume this omelette as it is or eat it with some toast.
3) Omelette with herbs

If you like oregano and other herbs then you shou
ld consider this omelette recipe trying once. This recipe might not be as tasty as previous two but this one far better than plain old omelettes.
Ingredients :- 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs, 2 tbsp olive/coconut oil, salt and seasoning of favorite choice.
Method :-
1. Heat some olive/coconut oil in pan.
2. Mix the eggs with salt and pour over the oil when heated enough and let it cook.
3. Season with your favorite herbs and serve hot.
It is totally upto you that how you like to consume it.
4) Maggi Masala Omelette

If you live in India then it is no doubt that you might have tasted maggi at least once in your life time. Almost everyone likes the taste of maggi noodles. This recipe taste like one since we are going to use Maggi masala-e-magic in it.
Ingredients :- 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs, Maggi Masala-E-Magic 1 sachet, very less amount of salt since it is present in Maggi masala, 1 tbsp Olive/Coconut oil, Chopped Coriander, 1 tbsp Olive/Coconut oil.
Method :-
1. Heat the oil in the pan on medium heat.
2. Mix all egg and chopped coriander, chili, salt, Maggi Masala-E-Magic together.
3. When the oil is hot enough add the mixture and let it cook.
You can consume this omelette as your wish.
5) Masala Bhurji

Ingredients :- 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs, 1 tbsp Olive/Coconut oil, 1 tbsp Olive/Coconut oil, 1 tomato chopped, 1 onion chopped, 2 tsp Everest Meat Masala and salt as per taste.
Method :-
1. Heat the oil in the pan on medium heat.
2. Mix the egg and egg whites in a bowl and add salt to it.
3. Saute the veggies on pan and add 2 tsp of the Everest Meat Masala and saute 4-5 seconds
4. Add the egg mixture and scramble it.
It is suggested that you should eat this with pav(bun) for great taste rather than bread or alone.
