You wont get a pound extra weight eating egg whites. It is suggested that you should eat boiled egg white or if you don't like the taste of boiled egg whites then make egg white omelette with non stick cooking spray without using oil.

Yes I know that oats is high in calories but it is very nutritional at the same time. Oats consist of complex carbohydrate which are slowly digested in the body which will make your stomach feel full and you would not crave for anything extra. Almond milk a healthy alternative to milk for some people. If you want to increase the protein content in the oatmeal then you can add Whey Protein or Egg Protein Powder according to your choice of flavor. You can also replace almond milk with water but the would not be great after that.

Various fruits are rich in various nutrients like orange and citrus fruits are high in vitamin C, Apples are high in Fibers, Pineapple has enzymes which help in digestion of protein and high in antioxidants. Banana has complex carbs which will not spike your insulin or gain you weight. Avoid Grapes and Sugar Cane if you can since both of these have high amount of sugar.

 Like Fruits Veggies are also important for your body. It us understood that fruits are way tasty than veggies but veggies have very low calories but essential nutrients. You Can get Vitamins, Iron and other minerals through veggies. It Provides you with fibers which help in digestion preventing constipation. 

If your goal is weight loss then you should definitely add veggies to your diet.

Meal 5 (Chicken Breast)

Like Egg whites Chicken Breast are lean source of protein with low fat and carbs in it. It is Suggested that you should consume it boiled or slightly fried but cooked with minimum oil and spices. This meal might turnout to be very bland in taste compared to other but you can add seasons and low calorie dressings over it like low cal peri peri.
