Being Overweight or just having some extra pounds is a big problem to many people. One can easily lose weight under given amount of Time if Proper Nutrition and Work is done. In this article we will be discussing the ultimate weight loss diet plan of just 1500 Cal Maximum. Of course the number will vary based on the cooking method but some what approximately equal or bit more than that which should not be a big deal. We will be discussing on 4 Meals for the day which will be helpful in losing weight. Remember that I won't be able to sharing entire recipe as it will be hectic job for and You and Me as well. Meal 1.
So the First Meal is obviously will be the breakfast. It is suggested by many to not have a breakfast if you are trying to loose weight very seriously as the body starts Fat breakdown in order to provide energy if meal is not fed. This trick might be helpful if you are on a serious diet but I would rather suggest you not to do this and instead have breakfast.
So for the Breakfast I would suggest not add sugar in your coffee not even a tea spoon and avoid carbs at all cost. Egg whites are the best in this scenario. Egg whites are lean and complete source of protein and the quality of protein is way superior than any vegetarian food. One can kick start his/her day without Carbs but one shouldn't start their without some protein.
Meal 2.
The second meal is lunch but you can interchange this one with the fourth meal in which you can have Chicken Breast (Boiled/Baked with seasoning/Shallow Fried in Olive Oil), Brown Rice as has Complex carbs which will help in burning some fat + Low Fat Sauce to add some taste to this tasteless meal.
I would suggest you not to have low fat sauces for taste as it offers significant amount of Sugar(Simple Carbs) which, our primary goal is to avoid at all cost. Instead you can go with Homemade 'chutney' which are Indian Sauces which offer negligible carbs yet being tasty as before. Seasons are also great for enhancing the taste. My Personal favorite is 'Pudina ki Chutney' and you can find it's and other Chutney recipes on YouTube.
Meal 3.
The Third meal is something you might not have expected and that is Peanut Butter Sandwich. Of course I know that Peanut Butter is High in Fats and Calories. I have included this one just because the total calories of all the meals combined was significantly less. You could definitely replace this meal with Oat meal or else Egg whites again. I added the Peanut butter just for the sake of taste.
Meal 4.
So the fourth and the last meal I will be suggesting is Bengal Grams with Brown Rice. Again as said before if you want you can replace this meal with the second one. Please note that I am talking about Bengal Grams and not chickpeas as Bengal grams are high in fibers and low in carbs when compared to chickpeas. There are a lot of recipes available on YouTube so be sure to check them out.
Bonus Meal.
The overall protein and fibers sums less than it should be even when all the meals are combined. It suggested that you should have Whey Protein as a separate meal after workout or exercise and veggies such as Cucumber, Boiled Carrots and etc along with Lunch or Dinner for Fibers so the that every thing is balanced.
Also at physician's prescription Multivitamins tablets should also be consumed as these meals might not have an adequate amount of micro nutrients.
